Grace Parke Fremlin is an international finance lawyer specializing in international project finance, corporate finance, IP monetization, and “greenfields” startup investments. She has lived and worked in New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. Previously, Ms. Fremlin was an equity partner of global law firms K&L Gates LLP, Steptoe & Johnson LLP, Foley & Lardner LLP, and Graham & James LLP. She founded and led Asia Client Practice for Foley & Lardner LLP, and founded and co-led the Korea Client Practice at Steptoe & Johnson LLP. Global companies have entrusted her with the establishment of their US and Asian business ventures and have been guided by her as lead counsel and trusted advisor. Ms. Fremlin attended Harvard Law School, University of Virginia Law School and George Washington University.
