Mr. Mpras is a member of the 2008 Virginia State Bar; 1998 District of Columbia Bar; and the 1997 Maryland State Bar. The focus of his practice is in Immigration law and he provides legal representation before United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, the United States Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Executive Office for Immigration Review, all United States Embassies and Consulates, and the United States Department of Labor. He represents individuals and corporate clients throughout the United States and the World, by providing consultation and representation with regard to all Immigration matters.

Mr. Mpras also represents clients in all matters related to the District of Columbia Alcohol Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA), and before the District of Columbia Alcohol Beverage Control Board, with over ten years experience in the District of Columbia Alcohol Service Industry.
